Arrival & Transfers to Nagarkot (2hrs)
Upon arrival at airport you will be met by our representative & transferred to Nagarkot which will be 2hrs drive , on the way if time permits will visit Bhaktapur Durbar square one of the major tourist attraction & world heritage site in Kathmandu valley ,check in to hotel & rest of the day free for personal activities ,you may walk to the village for refreshment .Overnight at Hotel

Free Day (Conference)
Today wake up early if you want to see the mesmerizing sunrise , after breakfast your day will be a free day the meetings , in the evening we will have a Dinner & Overnight stay .

Departure
After breakfast you will be transferred to Kathmandu airport for your departure flight & if time permits we will visit Pashupatinath Temple & Bouddhanath Stupa one of the major religious & tourist attractions in Kathmandu .
